Participation Guidelines

    Early Registration Period: December 20 (Friday)

    Send Down Payment
    Within 1 week after submitting the application form, 50% of the booth fee must be paid.
    Participation Confirmation Upon Deposit Payment
    (Booths will not be allocated if the deposit is not paid.)

    Application for Utilities and Other Services
    Request for necessary utilities services such as electricity, water, internet, etc. within the booth
    Application for participation in domestic and overseas buyer consultations and other services
    Application Submission: Online registration via the exhibition website.

Only the basic floor space will be provided.
Exhibitors are required to separately select a booth construction contractor (booth construction company, Pytex carpet, electricity, dismantling, etc.) to handle the setup.

This booth includes pre-assembled walls provided by the organizer.

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging the display of items, equipment rental, and space design within the booth.

The premium booth features a modular wooden wall construction provided by the organizer.

Basic electricity supply (1 kW)
Displaying exhibition items, renting additional equipment, and creating the booth layout are the responsibility of the participating company.
[Corner Booth Details]
A corner booth is a space with two open sides and two enclosed sides with wall panels.
(This option does not apply to independent booths or tower booths.)
The cost is applied per company.
(e.g., If 2 booths are registered as corner booths → Total cost: USD 300)

Discount Type Price Remarks
Stackable Discounts Early Bird Discount USD 200/ Booth Applicable for applications and full payment of the deposit by December 27, 2024.
Non-Stackable Discounts Bulk Discount USD 150/ Booth Applicable for participation with 10 or more booths.
2-Year Consecutive Discount USD 50/ Booth Applicable for consecutive participation starting from 2024.
4-Year Consecutive Discount USD 150/ Booth Applicable for consecutive participation starting from 2022.

Note: The above discounts apply only to booth fees and do not extend to additional utility service costs.
