QHow to Participate in the Exhibition?
- 1. Sign up on the Exhibition Participation Portal (to be launched later) and submit the booth application form.
- 2. Attach a copy of your business registration certificate when submitting the application form.
- 3. Confirm your application details through a phone call with the administrator and receive their approval.
- 4. After receiving approval, complete and submit all required forms.
- 5. Finally, submit the optional forms (if applicable) to complete your application.

QWhat Is the Difference Between a ‘Schell Scheme’ and a ‘Space Only’?
Shell Scheme
The organizer provides a standard booth setup, which includes 3-sided partitions, Booth interior lighting, Company name signage, 1 set of an information desk and chair, Carpet flooring (Pytex)
Space Only
Only the exhibition space (3m × 3m, 9㎡ per booth) is provided. The participating company must hire a designated contractor (from COEX-approved vendors) to build the booth. -
QHow Is Booth Allocation Determined After Application?
The organizer will strive to accommodate participant requests for booth location. However, final booth allocation will be determined based on factors such as spatial harmony within the exhibition hall, visitor flow efficiency, overall exhibition impact. Booth assignments are decided considering the order of application, booth size, and previous participation history.
For efficient exhibition management, the organizer may adjust previously assigned booth locations. In such cases, changes will be made in close consultation with the participating company. -
QWhat do participants need to prepare in addition to the booth construction?
The most important thing is pre-training for the staff. In principle, the salespeople or dealership employees who are familiar with the exhibited products should provide the product information. Staff should be trained on appropriate attire, demeanor, language, and consultation content according to the company and the nature of the exhibit.
You will need to prepare items such as the exhibits, display stands, booth interior, product catalogs, and business cards. If you would like to have consultation tables, display racks, or other furniture within the booth, you can also use rental services from furniture and equipment suppliers. Please note that if there is any damage to the pre-installed panels due to nails, adhesives, or double-sided tape used for attaching items, the booth construction company will be responsible for the restoration costs.

QFor ‘Space Only’, can only the designated companies by COEX handle the booth construction?
Yes, that's correct. Please refer to the list of 'Designated Partner Companies' on this link(https://business.coex.co.kr/exhibition-hall/cooperative-firm)to select a construction company. This measure is in place for safety management within the exhibition hall, and we ask for your understanding. However, if it is absolutely necessary to have a different company handle the construction, the construction must go through a pre-inspection by COEX before proceeding, so please keep this in mind.

QWhen will the tax invoice for the participation fee be issued?
The tax invoice is generally issued online after the exhibition ends, based on the exhibition's end date. It will be issued in bulk after the conclusion of the exhibition. However, if you require the tax invoice in advance for payment of the participation fee, please contact the exhibition manager, and it will be issued promptly. Additionally, if there are any changes to the business registration certificate submitted during the application, please be sure to inform the manager.

QHow can I purchase parking tickets?
The organizers do not provide parking tickets for participants. However, during the setup and teardown periods, free parking for up to 3 hours is available for cargo vehicles (over 2.5 tons). Passenger cars, however, will need to pay for parking separately.
