Participation Guidelines

    Send Down Payment
    Within 1 week after submitting the application form, 50% of the booth fee must be paid.
    Participation Confirmation Upon Deposit Payment
    (Booths will not be allocated if the deposit is not paid.)

    Application for Utilities and Other Services
    If the exhibitor requires any utilities such as electricity, internet, water or compressed air, please submit the Utility Application Form

    Send Final Payment
    Send Balance (50%) + Utility Fees

Only the basic floor space will be provided.
Exhibitors are required to separately select a booth construction contractor (booth construction company, Pytex carpet, electricity, dismantling, etc.) to handle the setup.

The premium booth features a modular wooden wall construction provided by the organizer.

Basic electricity supply (1 kW)
Displaying exhibition items, renting additional equipment, and creating the booth layout are the responsibility of the participating company.
